Does anyone have a Kitchen composter recommendation?
I just bought an outdoor composting bin and am pretty excited to start composting. However, I need to locate it in a sunny area in my yard and that area is far from my patio door. I’d like to have something in the kitchen so that I can collect stuff and only have to trek outside once a week.Who knew ...

Here, in Vancouver, the Epic Sustainable Living Expo , just one of many "green festivals" in this city at this time of year, was held this weekend. Even though "green" events are not often widely publicized, it does seem like a lot is going on around the city, country, and world in celebration of Earth Day (or Earth Month, really) and to celebrate Spring generally.
