1I always buy fresh veggies and fruits - whatever is in season. They flavors are terrific, and buying in season keeps the boredom level down on always having the same things.

4Absolutely! I only buy my produce from local farmer's markets, which means I only buy what's in season. I LOVE the farmer's markets, even if it's just to get outside, stroll around, and people-watch. Plus, you can get great tips from the farmers on how to cook produce that you may have never tried before. Thanks for the post.
