Does anyone really need a hand picking out reusable bags these days? Probably not, since San Francisco and other places (?!) have banned plastic bags, these reusable wonders seem to be everywhere! Why am I mentioning yet another great company who creates reusable bags? Well, LilyEcolo has some really interesting designs and one in particular is really unique:

Baguette holder $8Baguette holder $8 The Baguette holder is "[a] chic way to offer a French loaf of bread to your host. People who pick up fresh from the oven bread should keep it handy."

This bag in one of the many fabrics available (this one is one of my favorite pattern styles: Toile de jouy!)

Here's a great one in another very elegant fabric:

So, why do I like LilyEcolo? Well, here's a bit about the company from their website:

________________
LilyEcolo has the future at heart. Our planet's future as well as those who love it. That's why we offer you to shop differently by changing your buying habits. In fact, LilyEcolo brings audacity, style and colour in the sphere of ecological choices: to the drug store, at the corner store, at the mall, etc.

LilyEcolo inescapably endorses fair trade: more than a label, it's Quebec-based fabrication by women entrepreneur, it's a fair retribution for all craftsmen and it's a diminution of pollution by the non-usage of plastic bags for all your shopping needs.

LilyEcolo is betting that people who have the environment at heart will dare to be ''greener'' if, at the same time, they can look good doing it.

* did i mention the founder creates everything where she lives in Quebec? There's a button for a special price on stuff for the holidays but it is in French so I have no idea what the price of the stuff is! Anyone know?*
